S the largest professional manufacturer of talbecloth, warning tape, plastic bags and medical film in Taizhou City.

Beginning as a plastic bags manufacturer in 1980, after 30 years development and innovation, Xinxing company products expand to 4 main series as below, and tatal output to 800 tons/month:

1. Table cloth: PE/PEVA tablecloth, flannel tablecover, paper-plastic complexed tablecloth
2. Warning tape: PE barrier tape, underground warning tape, flagging tape, and reflective tape
3. Plastic bag: Garbage bag, T-shirt bag, Packing bag, degradable bag, co-extruded bag, ect.
4. Medical film: TPR or TPE medical film, Elastic film, EVA film, degradable film, complexed film

There are 7 buildings, 8, 000 square meter working area, 18 extruder machines, 6 printing machines, 2 tablecloth produce lines, 4 warning tape produce lines, more than 180 staffs work in Xinxing company, and the monthly output is up to 800 tons, including 200 tons of tablecloth, 200 tons of warning tape, 300 tons of biodegradable bags and 100 tons of medical elastic film. With the independent import-export right, 65% of our products is exported, they enjoy good honors in America, Canada, Russia, Germany, Italy, France, Philippine, Japan and other oversea market.

As a member of Taizhou Plastic Council, Xinxing company pays much attention to develop environment friendly plastic products, we successively developed fragrant plastic bag, EPI additive degradable bag, PLA corn starch biodegradable plastic bag, and TPR elastic medical film.

The corn starch biodegradable plastic products comply with the America ASTMD6409-9P biological decomposition test standards, and obtained the Europe Union Ok compost certifications, EN 13432 certificate, Japanese PLA compost decomposition certification. The TPR elastic medical film has the nature of waterproof, germproof, anti-ultraviolet radiation, and anti-oxidation, it is widely used to produce surgical cover, dress, bedsheet and surgical package in hospital.
